How a project works.

Five steps, all agreed in writing, with a clear view of where we are at every stage.

  1. 01 Tell us what slows you down.

    What happens
    A free 20-minute call or the quote form. We ask about the problem, not the technology.
    What you do
    Describe it honestly. Bring the spreadsheet, the screenshot or the sketch.
    Typical time
    20 minutes to 1 day.

  2. 02 We measure and plan.

    What happens
    We send a written quote with the scope, milestones, dates, assumptions and what is not included. If you are unsure what to build, a Scoping Sprint comes first and its fee is credited against the build. Wireframes are drawn up once you go ahead.
    What you do
    Read it, ask questions, approve.
    Typical time
    1 to 5 working days.

  3. 03 We design and build, you watch.

    What happens
    We work in milestones. Each one appears in your project tracker with a status.
    What you do
    Review each milestone when it is ready, then say "approved" or tell us what does not fit.

    Depends on the project (see Pricing).

  4. 04 You try it.

    What happens
    You use the real thing with real data, and we adjust whatever does not fit.
    What you do
    Try your busiest day's work.
    Typical time
    3 to 10 working days.

  5. 05 Handover and aftercare.

    What happens
    You receive the code, the domain, your data and a handover document, plus 30 days of free fixes. After that: a care plan, support by the hour, or a clean handover. Your choice.

    Sign off.

    1 to 2 days, plus 30 days of fixes.

Each milestone shows its status: approved, waiting on you, or next. Invoices line up with milestones, so you pay only for work you have seen and approved.

Questions.

What if I want changes mid-project?

We quote them in writing before we start them, and nothing outside the scope is built until you approve.

What if I am not happy?

You approve each milestone before it is invoiced, so you never pay for work you have rejected.

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code, the domain and your data are yours.

What do you need from me?

One person who can make decisions, timely feedback at each milestone, and your real data for testing.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide and schedule calls around your time zone. Our team is online Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00 IST.

What happens after the 30 days?

You can take a care plan, hire us by the hour, or take the project elsewhere. The handover document makes that easy.
