01 Tell us the problem.

- A free 20-minute call or the quote form. We ask what is slowing you down, not what technology you want.
- What you do
- Describe the mess honestly; bring the spreadsheet if there is one.
- Typical time
- 20 minutes to 1 day.
02 Quote and plan.
- What happens
- We send a written quote priced to a written scope, with milestones, dates, assumptions and what is not included. If you are unsure, a $150 Scoping Sprint (one meeting, a written scope and a quote) comes first and is credited against the build. Wireframes are produced once you go ahead.
- What you do
- Read it, ask questions, approve.
- Typical time
- 1–5 working days.
03 We build, you watch.
- What happens
- We build in milestones. Each one shows up in your job tracker with a status.
- What you do
- Review each milestone when it is ready and say "approved" or tell us what does not fit.
- Typical time
- Depends on the job (see the price list).
04 You test it.
- What happens
- You use the real thing with real data; we fix what does not fit.
- What you do
- Try your busiest day's work.
- Typical time
- 3–10 working days.
05 Handover and aftercare.
- What happens
- You get the code, the domain, the data and a handover document, plus 30 days of free fixes. After that, a care plan or a clean break, your choice.
- What you do
- Sign off.
- Typical time
- 1–2 days plus 30 days of fixes.

Every job gets a simple tracker so you never have to ask where we are.
Each milestone shows its status: approved, waiting on you, or next. Invoices line up with milestones, so you only pay for work you have seen and approved.

Anything outside the scope is quoted in writing before we do it, so there are no surprise invoices.

A deposit to begin, then you pay as each milestone is approved.

What if I want changes mid-build?
We quote them in writing before doing them, and nothing outside the scope is built until you approve it. No surprise invoices.
What if I am not happy?
You approve each milestone before paying for it, so you are never paying for work you have rejected.
Who owns the code?
You do: the code, the domain and the data.
What do you need from me?
A clear owner for decisions, timely feedback at each milestone, and your real data for testing.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in the UK and worldwide, and schedule calls to suit your time zone. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00–20:00 IST, with 24/7 support.
What happens after the 30 days?
You can take a care plan, hire us by the hour, or take it elsewhere; the handover document makes that easy.
